Would i be able to have two amps, 1 for a sub and 1 for my 6x9's and run them off a normal battery, will they constantly be on or do they go off with the ignition?

Yes you can have two amps running on your battery. Just run a remote from headunit to turn one amp on when the headunit on, and then another remote wite to the other amp from the first amp.
