hi guys n gals, hope everyone is having fun at work, sure i'm not!

Anyways, How much should I be paying for an alternator and fitting?

Partco have said £110.00 plus VAT for a re-con'd alternator, and a local garage have sid £60.00 for fitting..

Can you not fit it yourself? Its not that difficult as i recall..

£110 sound about right, but if you shop around you'll be able to get it cheaper.
