Do rear strut Braces that fit on the Shock top work with say Adjusatable Suspension such as the Koni yellows?

well the brace goes over the top i think where the bolt holds the top of the stut to the body of the car. but will adjustable suspension work with you been able to alter the dampning rate at the top?

mine did go over the top it went between the sides
