ok my opinion is i think its tacky
luke has one and he thinks its great 
the camera isnt very good but he says thats what a digicam is for
we have sat and compared to my nokia that i upgraded to at the same time as he upgraded to that and its really just silly things like no radio
depends what u want out of a phone but having seen and played with one i think its crap IN MY OPINION

They break easily, I don't know of anyone who hasn't had some trouble with theirs.

Love them excellent phone.
Not a feature phone so dont get one if u want best camera etc. It has excellent call clarity and a nice large screen with big easy keys and its nice and slim.
Plus it has moto's lock application feature which means u can lock any of the bits on ya phone to stop people goin thru ya phone.
IMO iTap is so so gay and i hate using it for sendind txts. But otherwise IMO its a great phone
