Find out if my old corsa sri that i crashed a year n a half ago was owned by someone else?
I crashed into someone at a junction, so i claimed but the insurance company said the car was written off, so anyway it didnt hav that much damage, just the bonnet, bumper and headlight wer broken.
But i keep gettin tax reminders for the car i DONT hav.So wot shud i do?Norwich union hav my reg documents for the car.

Its at a recovery yard apparently waiting 4 me 2 collect.But i rang norwich union on monday 2 ask if they cud send me a letter of confirmation that i can collect the car, but they had no records of me puttin in a claim.its bizarre.

well you need to sort something because DVLA wont hasten to fine you
Why dont you SORN it with the tax reminder while you sort it out?
When did/does the tax run out?
My tax ran out while my car was still with assessors after an accident and i didnt sorn it til 2 weeks later and got a fine for £14

I did sorn it, but now iv decided i want the car back.The garage wher it is rang my dad this morn & said that they think the claim is stil ongoing so r they just muckin me about or wot!? this is now a year n a half on from the initial accident.

Yeh hopefully it shud b sorted this week or next, im just waitin 4 the confirmation letter so i can pick th car up...aint seen it 4 ages, im excited!
