hi i was jus woundering what i will need to do this engine conversion, and how much this engine would cost me to buy.
the 1.2 is a bit on the slow side and wanted something with a bit more power without having to get rid of my car.

if ur gonna do a engine change, then your wasting your time if ur not changing it for a xe or a let. just sell up and buy a new one

it would be easyier and less hassle to just sell up and get another corsa i.e an sri or sport

ok cheers , so no point puttin a sri engine into it then, lol i won't be able 2 put a 2.0 or a turbo in it for 1 the insurance wouldn't touch me cos of ma age an i'd prop kill maself init.
new corsa it is then soon as i get some no claims !!

why, how old are you, iam only 18 and i have a 1.4 16v sport, there not that bad to insure

look at the 1.4 16v or 1.6 16v engines if you wish to do an engine conversion, although it is cheaper to buy the whole car now
