are ecotek valves worth a w@nk or not? might put 1 on my 1600 sport? wots the score with them?

there a fuel saving device, they dont give you anymore power.

they fook things up as you have to chop your brake servo pipe

i had one an it didnt do anything notice able just heard a rasping noise

my top tip - dont bother

on my 1400 sport, its getting me 5-10% more fuel economy i reckon.

and tighten the valve a lil to stop the rasping noise.

plus when ur at real high revs it can help get that lil extra air a bit quicker as its so close to manifold (not noticeable though really)
