i've got non-chrome lexus style clusters
I know its not arden blue, but its closer to that than the actual colour (atlantic blue) through photoshopping 
in there they are photoshopped with a blue tint, going to try and spray the black inside atlantic blue somewhen this week, which should give a similar look.
