Been discussed before nut,

think I will change my brakes, still gsi set-up on the front..

so looking at pads and discs ?
best ones to get?
where to buy?
and approx prices?

want something that fits right on..

Buy a new set of 2.0 brakes mate! I wouldnt risk owning a valver without at least these. Especially with your kid etc.

Yeah from a Cav, Astra or Cally (i think?). Or ive seen on a website a company that does the whole kit brand new for about 100 pounds iirc.

LMF sell 2 kits, 288mm or 308mm kits, thses fit straight on and look very nice and stop very well!!

u will only be able to have 288mm though as u have 15`s.

might get discs and pads put on as car in garage etc for mot repairs, get it done at once..

will have alook at website the now...

so 288mm ones, kinda price for discs? i should get a discount anyway...

cheers Brad, when i get the car back this week will make the decision to keep it or sell it on, if i keep will deffo be getting new brakes..

bums me off spending £500 in a week on it and then selling.........

get some v6 brakes. looking at £200 for the lot from lmf, then get some braided hoses.

i'll see what what when i get it back, was going to try and get away with not changing calipers etc, just discs and pads....do V6 fit under 15" wheels?

the v6's fit under some 15's... the v6's are great brakes... but the fact you have 15's may get in the way...

the 2.0 ones are quite good also....

get the calipers from a scrappy and buy some new disks and pads...

people often comment on them, when im on the motor way stuck in traffic you get the big beemers and stuff along side looking on this shitty looking corsa with buckets and a cage, then they look at the brakes and stare..... tis amusing

Astra 2.0 brakes that had covered 30,000 miles cost me £30 from the scrappy. Get it done, I didn't even need to replace the pads .

mav i think i have v6 calipers at my mums then its just a case of braided hoses (must do) and discs (fiat coupe turbo ones )
