I'm looking at selling my Corsa in the next week or so, and collecting a nearly new Corsa a week or two later.

My current car has a personalised reg and i'm not sure how to go about transferring to the new car.

Any advice? How long is it likely to take? What forms etc. will i need?

I doubt i'll be able to transfer from one car to another as i won't have paid for the new one.

I don't mind making a trip to the local DVLA office if that would help.

call the dvla then ask for the form to swap the plate. fill it in send it off pay £80 and you get another form a few weeks later and you change the plates
