What are the best HT leads you can buy?

The Beru ones that Vauxhall sell are nearly £200 for my car for the set, surely there is ones out there of equal quality but much cheaper?

Yeah but I don't want to buy some cheapie crap ones that only last a few thousand miles or something.

The ones on my engine currently are the original Vauxhall (Beru) leads and the engine has done 83k. Ends of the leads are a bit cracked and stuff, so I'm thinking this might be the reason why my engine has poor idle/slight misfire, and why my cat has died. Miaow...

How much do the Bosch ones cost roughly from Halfords? Tried looking on their site but it doesn't show prices etc. (asking as Halfords is an 8 mile drive away from here! )

8 miles not sure how much they cost, but they are probably good enough to last a while.

I had Magnecor on my RST, can't say I noticed and difference over the normal leads but they were blue and matched my boost/coolant hoses.

Yes but you can beat the standard price!

Been to Halfords, they don't sell ones for my engine (X14XE > mk3 Astra).

Might have to source some Magnecors from somewhere (cheap) methinks.

Magnecor are rather dear and very thick so can be hard to route, but are excellent and very well insulated, give them a go if you've got the cash to spare.
