My car is off the road now for winter. Big changes, including fully rebuilt c16xe, hopefully running about 140bhp.
One major sticking point is the exhaust system. I planned to go for a powerflow cat back, some sort of de-cat pipe and hopefully an SBD manifold.

First point - are powerflow any good? as ive heard mixed comments?!
second - is it worth decatting the gsi? or is it better to keep the cat?
thirdly - Are the SBD manifolds worth the extra money over any other manifold?!

help would be gratefull.

go for Blue Flame for your system, seem to rave about it on here. decatting should free up some horseys and improve gas flow

deffo go for blue flame system, fits well looks good and sounds good, performance gains will all be similar on performance exhaust.
