is that allowing for 'shaking hands in pain' time, after the allen keys slip due to extremely rusty bolts, ending in hand smashing on arch/brake/caliper/"insert other hard/sharp object here"

13mm bolts then 
I'd say 20mins is a good target, normally depends on weather the retianing screw s come otu or is drilled.
wilwoods etc... are the future, just slide out the front
