Hi

I've decided I want to sell my numberplate but not sure how much to sell it for.
Its TUR80 3W

I've been offered £500 for it.

How much do you think a realistic price would be for it?

Also where should I advertise it?

Thanks

Mark

You could try selling to a reg trader although they do make a lot of profit on your plates

off topic here how much do you pay insurance on your 172? age? NCB?

I'm 24 with 0 ncb and pay £515 fc for insurance. Its because i'm on my gf's insurance. Some places wanted £2k insurance because of me

Nice little car though worth the money for the fun they give

Why does TUR80 3W look good, fair enough if it didn't have the 3w or am I missing something?

I know what you mean loads of places have valued the plate quite high but finding someone to buy it is a bit of a mission

advertise it at the price it was valued at tbh..it may not sell for a while but some people out there will pay thousands for a particular plate and you may miss out on some money

Just got a call from a firm who I have been advetising with, someone is interested in it. They want to know the lowest I will accept.
They are advertised it for me for £4500.

I said ask him what the max he would pay for it.

Could be promising I would be well happy with anything other £2.5k
