... how muchos roughly if im paying someone to do it ?? (i dont have the tools, space or knowledge to do it properly myself) what i want to do is take out the rear seats, have a false floor all across the back, probably 18mm carpeted mdf, but put my sub in the spare wheel well... and cut a 12" hole in the mdf (accurately) so that just the sub itself can be seen... and then just get two buckets in the front.
Not sure if this should be in here or ICE + Electrics, sorry if its in the wrong one, and ill ask for it to be moved if thats the case
any help appreciated

problem will be making a box to sink the sub into, simply placing it on the wood and having its enclosure as the wheel well won't make it sounds good as it isn't a sealed unit and even if you do make a sub box within the wheel well its a bugger to get dimensions and volumes right....
it can be done but it's tricky, i looked into it but settled with what i got now (see garage) which i did myself.
some girl off here does the ktsri i think always in classifieds and ebay - give her a bell she can do it

it doesn't rattle at all... i have 2 floors... one which sits over the original carpet to stop it on the metal floor and is held in place securely against the sides... the amp and sub are screwed into this securely, the second sits above on wooden struts and is forced against the side with quite some force so it doesn't rattle or move an inch.....
prices are varying depending on whether u want it to include the spare wheel box or not....

i mean because youre sub is pointing directly up at a parcel shelf with 6x9s in it, theres no way that doesnt rattle.
yeah i need a proper sealed box to fit in the spare wheel well

its quite easy to do, i made mine out of cardboard first then used that as a template for the mdf. not sure about the sub bit tho.
