As above, the only UK Imprezas with 2 doors were the P1's and the 16 UK 22B's.

I weighed mine a few weeks ago on the weigh bridge at my mums works. Half a tank of petrol and no passengers - 1235kgs! Thats standard too!
Thats why a 320bhp P1 is a pretty quick car on the road. Easily competes with MR340 Evos cos of the weight advantage!

Its a doddle really:
Decat system
Downpipe
Tek 3 remap
Walbro fuel pump
STI Panel filter
3 port boost solenoid
Couple of intercooler mods (tilt kit and splitter)
Plenty of gauges to warn of meltdown

got the gauges, sti panel filter and the blitz exhaust lol just need:
1) Headers
2) Decat
3) Tek 3 Remap
I think mine is running like 10bhp more than standard thanks to the exhaust and filter lol

I cant wait to fit a decent zaust to my Celica GT4... at the moment it boosts hard initially but tails off as the rev's rise...
Once i get the Cat out and a decent bore exhaust, it should hold a steady 18psi which is good for over 300bhp

Yeah, I had the same problem with my old Nissan 200sx. Wasnt until I got the turbo back 3.25" system that it proper freed the boost up! Problem then was trying to stop the spikes, a good boost controller sorted it tho!

Yep, I'd guess so as it will gain boost a lot easier.
Main thing to set up is the gain (how aggressively the turbo comes in) Usually if the gain is set high then the boost comes in very quickly and punchy but doesnt always hold as well as it could.
Half hours playing will sort it, plus depending on what boost controller you have, it will learn anyway!!!

I have a blitz dual SBC
And know nothing about the gain side of things... just how much (% wise) to open the solenoid thingy
I should probably read the destructions which it came with

Thats the one I had on the 200, its a top controller!!! You may just have to lower the %age a little bit now until it holds your required boost again!

Its also another £100 for the SBC-R
for the life of me though I cant figure out why it says dual SBC on the boxes for both controllers, when one of them uses a single solenoid, the other is dual!!
The SBC-S does the job well enough for me, my only complaint would be why the hell you cant set them up using a standard unit (eg. psi) rather than a percentage of the solenoid

i just found that the SBC-S didnt hold the boost well at all... spiked, then didnt always behave the same way.
the SBC-R just held and held and held.
The supra RR print out showed it holding 1.4bar from 3000 to redline.... awesome

nooo
dont say that!
I was hoping the reason for my boost dropping towards redline was because i still have the cat in place and standard exhaust on... will have to wait and see I guess.
Either way, it only drops about 1psi at high revs... think I can live with that
