i know there have been posts on this before, but could not find any.

does anyone know what cb radios are classed as decent?
what should be looked for when looking for one?

What do you want it to do?

If you want to be listening into police channels then you cant lol they are mostly on digital ones now that as far as i am aware you cant buy

That ebay one can only listen.
You can't talk to other people.

how do you go about getting two of these to communicate with one another?
if 2 were to be brought for a business, would they be ok communicating like that?

which ones can communicate with others?

I take it you mean bought and that is just a scanner like it says.
Just happens to be able to tune to the CB frequency.
It's not an actual cb radio so no.

says 8 miles on the actual product description. but i presume this would be on an open field in the middle of no-where

i would say we would be around 2-3 miles apart in the inner city

yeah in my experience pmr radios (the first link) are no good built up areas
