1998 1.2 8 valve merit

An attempt at debadging it in paint Guna do it for real tomorrow

It's done 27,000 miles, had one owner from new (old lady) with full Vaux service history, absolutely immaculate inside

What you all think? Needs a few subtle mods when I've got the ££

Well I think they're nice alloys, and no, like I said I'm not going to do any mods apart from debadging (is that even classed as a mod? ) and adding alloys. That means no neons

Well that's something TSW alpines r early 90's horrible things imo. Will need lowering if you throw 15's on. Why not get some new sxi wheels or similar?

Yeah if you're not up for lowering it then I'd get some nice standard 14's (SXi, SRi, GSi, etc.) and keep it very clean looking!
I'd have a look around before you buy then TSW Alpines too, you might see other wheels you like better etc.. Can you even still buy Alpines new by the way?

I'd love to do that but insurance would surely be a killer after I declared it all?
