got bored so thought i would share what my mate told me today

This is fairly straight forward

First drive round and get the engine warm,
next pull over somewhere you want to impress people or be called a wanker by.
rev hard
quickly kill the ignition
put foot back on the gas and turn ignition (not too far dont want the starter motor)
engine should back fire
your either smiling at this point or are embarrased

Warning!!! this may kill your engine. Do this at your own risk, and of course dont do this while driving, you will endager the life of yourselves and others around you.

this is nearly as bad as putting the clutch down and revving your engine whilst coasting

Generally if you rev 'the shit' out of your car and then turn the ignition off. Correct me if im wrong but this makes it sound like you've stalled?? and that truly does make you look a bit stoke on trent
