When fitting the box did you guys have problems with the bell housing hitting off a lip on the bottom of the bell housing, if so did you just grind it off? I dont really want to grind it as it looks as if it would loose some strengh, ive tried braying it down but part i need to move has the weld for some sort of power steering mount which i dont really want to touch.

only thing i needed to grind off was the lip for fitting the rear mount

thats nowhere near the power steering pump mount

i didnt say pump mount, i meant the mount for the rack which is welded onto the bulkhead @ the bottom, dont matter now i managed to get it on ok.

i did'nt have to touch anything with the m-tec kit, it all went it like a dream apart from having to tap an m12 tread into the gearbox for the back gearbox mount

all i had to do was tap thread for rear mount and shaved some off the back of the diff caseing for the rear mount to fit as im not useing the rear mount spacer
