As there's alot going on ebay atm, and i don't want too shell out on one from vaux, so are they all the same, or do they vary from car too car?

I always thought that there were two versions of ECU. One for Lamda equppied cars and another for non-lambda equipped. THough according to Top Buzz they all ran Motronic 2.5....

there are at least 3 I knoe you get two different typess of 2.5 at leasr and then there is 2.8

I think so but then there are two different types of FP ecu one has 4 screws on the front the other dosent, EDS supply 2 different chips for these 2 different ecu's

my GX one doesnt have screws and found another gx one on ebay the same, so i presume it'l be the right one!!

m2.5 = dizzy
m2.8 = DIS Ignition (electronic)
