im looking for a camera,i want

around 4-5mega pixels,give or take a bit
needs to be able to take Vids with Sound
and memory cards would be good so can get loadsa vids
oh and AA batterys would be a bonus pmsl

budget around 100-150,am i asking too much?

Do not go with one that Uses AA batteries as these tend to eat them.

as long as you get good ni-mh batteries then there isnt a problem.
