now got her home after a pre mot service and an mot pass so as a treat she received a good wash and polish hoover etc and fitted my smoked headlights







here's some daytime pictures from yesterday 26|01|06 nice and clean also mounted my harness to the seatbelt mount and removed my front seat belt so i have to use the harness's now











well theres my little update lol

one small bit of advise

take the harness of the flimsy aluminium strut brace.... and mount them properly

if you crash, you will die, and have a strut brace imbedded in the back of your head

rob the harness's are there for show to be honest i dont like driving with them i find them uncomfortable

did it pass the MOT with the smoked lights?? thought they were all LHD units?

no, the DEPO ones on ebay are legal iirc

my plans are fit my new cage i have just bought(Wiechers Sport half roll cage in polished aluminium £250) then try and get some carbon fibre door cards, anyone got any idea's where to get them from?

cant emphasise this enough. (i know you said you dont use them but just highlighting the point)

yer i know schoey i will put them on the seat belt point tomorrow, i dont use them as i find them aqward to lean over to see out of dodgy junctions etc, but anyway i am after some different doorcards, like carbon fibre or stainless stell something along those lines, any idea's?

Nice Wasn't convinced when i just saw the night pics, but looks smart in the day! As has been previously mentioned though, secure the harnesses somewhere slightly stronger - especially as they are now what you use to hold yourself in!
