After singing flux's praises, i am now really fumming with them, and shall be writing a letter of complaint!

When i renewed the corsa, i did so for 3 days, when they said they could switch it to the calibra. I said, ok how much for?
Their quote wasnt as good as elephant.co.uks so i simply said no thank you ive got a quote cheaper somewhere else.
She asked with who and how much, i said elephant £730. She said please hold.
Came back and said ok well do it for £720. So natuarally pleased with my previous service with them, i said ok.

Got my credit card bill adrian flux had taken £980 of my money
1st phone call, girl was apologetic and said yes well re-process the refund, finie i thought.

Checked on-line today they gfave me a refund of £189.

Rang up suitibly pissed off, asked what had happned, she said sorry adrian flux took their commision and she would re-apply it with a full refund. A further £46 odd.

I did the maths i basically am ending up paying £747 (adrian flux conviniently "forgot" to tell me about a std £25 charge and also my £13 for accident cover)

So in short, if i had gone to elephant i would be better off, not by much but its the fact they LIED to me, or tricked me into signing up for another year.

Im angey

HIC also charge a £25 admin fee. They tell me about it but it still pisses me off

And they charge that £25 admin fee everytime theres a change to the policy whether it be a new car or just some mods need adding

its outside 14 days, as they told me i hgad to wait 5days for the refund to clear.

Basically, i know its only £20 or whatever, but its the fact they lied.

Im ok to stay with them as they looked after me, but ive made 4 phone calls, which are premium rate numbers i.e not free on my phone ,so essentially it has been alot of hassle that is just unnessecary.

Just pissed me off. that is all.

rest of their service is top notch

I hate Adrian FLux. They employ cocky rude teenagers in their call center. I have phoned them a few times and they try and tell me what modifications I have on my car. The difining monent was when they didn't belive me that I didn't have an induction kit on my car

I found them very helpfull, i guess its just their policy to not "mention" the £25 fee untill uve allready handed over, the rest is just human error, which is fine shit happens, i aint gunna be in a mood about it.

Just dont like the feeling i have now, after being sort of "duped" into thinking they were better value. TBH i probably wouldnt havbe changed to elephant as i liked flux, wil be considering it next time tho...
