firstly i ordered eibach springs.... which i got... but htye were for a corsa C... so they got sent back and these 'other' eibachs arived... dont know wht they feck these things were off but they made the car sit higher than stock so i had me fill with that company...

so ordered jamex springs off another compnay which should have been red ones.... the rear were red alright ... the front were blue and very very low... i i dunno what the feck.... the corsa has kinda be abandoned outside me mams house for the past month... while my other project is on the go...

adam i'd thow them knois and the courtney springs you have in... i'd say they would work well.....

iv no issues with the FK's if used with high poundage springs and set up right (this im yet to achieve) im now looking at other little things like

removing front ARB
whiteline rear ARB
lowering the tie bar mounts
adjustable top mounts so i can get it set up right

I have bilstein sprintline (yellow) struts all round with tarmac rally spec inserts and tarmac rally spec springs (approx 50mm lower) removed front anti roll bar and have uprated front lower arm bushes, tie bar bushes and rear beam bushes. Looking at getting a rear ARB for it soon as well.

handles really well with virtually no understeer and turns in great.

if its for a track car then these suspension kits will be too soft, on the road they may handle well yes but on track i think the way you should go is coilovers. and not cheap ones. also invest in some anti roll bars... bushes etc....

^believe me... the cheap ass bilstein kit i mentioned above is anything but soft! there is NO body roll with it cos there is virtually no suspension movement

the cheap 'bilstein kit' is not actually bilstein at all tho. the shocks are just standard o.e items that are uprated 5-10% not even shortened shafts. and made by a company called de-carbon. the springs are made by a company called terra. its a very cheap kit, but i was not impressed by it at all, very harsh and bouncy. not good.

i dunno who makes it... it has bilstein writen on the side of it...

harsh is shit for the road... smooth track.... it would be fine... i cant make the misus's tigra understeer at all with them the front tyres are completely shot after only 8 months on the car from the suspension pushing them into the road... it handled like a boat before the billy were on...

dont get me wrong like... yest 800 quid coilovers would be better but these things work so why spend silly amounts of money?
