What is the cheapest and easiest way to upgrade my brakes?
Should i go get some V6 discs, pads, calipers of a vectra then buy EBC Greenstuff pads or something? what do you recommend. i want them to look big aswell because of my alloys

They mean the fly by wire throttle. Probably prove to be a pain in the ass during conversion
I have v6 brakes on my sport. They work well, but you get a bit more pedal travel due to the larger caliper piston. The cost is around £215 from LMF. That includes everything you need to fit them, fitting is really easy. just a straight swap.
I'm not sure if the master cylinder on a 1.2 is the same as a 1.6. If not you may have more pedal travel and a weak brake. Not sure though so don't count on that.

Don't buy Greenstuff pads. Don't buy any disks other than GM ones.

Greenstuff pads aren't that brilliant, and OEM GM discs are less prone to warping I believe...
