I was planning on buying a Powerflow backbox off a mate who was meant to be breaking his Corsa, however, he got offered £800 for it the other day, so flogged it quick! Problem is, it now leaves me needing a backbox again I don't want to go as big as a 6x4 oval - they look sweet, but it won't look right with my car, could you guys recommend a suitable backbox for my car please? Also, if you have any knockin about that you want rid of, u2u me with pics, prices etc

Here is my car atm with the standard shitey backbox

I know they arent amazing, but they're better than steelies, and atm, all I'm doing is making the car look like a slightly higher spec than a Merit Swing!

It'll have to be specifically for a 1.2 aswell won't it? so the brackets are right. Will there be a difference as to where the brackets will be on an old 8v compared to the newer 16v?

Yeh Im not sure between rolled round ones or an oval!!! I have a feeling Im gonna have to save either way and then have a look around. Ovals look sweet, but I'm not sure if it'll be too much for my car?

scrap the exhaust idea and source some post 97 bumpers, should be able to get them cheap, even if they are black it will make your car look newer. You can then get them painted at a later date.

Bumpers are on the agenda But I've got lowering springs knocking around that I need shocks for atm, then I want to put an exhaust on to assist with the great noise the butchered airbox makes! Then Post 97 Bumpers and sorting out my ICE are the next things to do. Then the bloody thing will probably blow up - its on 127,100 now!

You can transfer that kind of stuff to another corsa easily so its not that bad if it does. The post 97 rear hides the backbox abit more, so thats why i'd go for that first.
