how long does this take etc... ALSO is there any fee's?

as i want to change insurance over asap once engines in and running

You can insure it as a 1.4 without the Log book stuff iirc.

well go to ur local DVLA office, its quicker than sending the V5 in thr post. its a long wait normally in the DVLA office, but no fee on changing the log book

dont you need an engineers report to change the engine size on a log book???
