Author removing rear seats, mot issue?

thinkin about ripping out the rear seats in the corsa, will this cause any issues come mot time or is there anything that needs to be done or can i just go ahead and rip em out??

i ripped mine out an b4 mot i rang down to the mot centre and spoke to a tester and he told me as long as there were no seat belts in the back it was fine! mine passed no problem at all

aye i did the same, which reminds me gotta send off the v5 to change it to a 2 seater as cheaper insurance

mine has some were apprently as rung up my insurance compnay (cis) and they said that if i changed the number of seats on me log book it would make it easier and cheaper to insure with them lol

aint actually looked into it yet cant be arsed better things to do lol

If the seats are there, they need to be safe and secure. If they arnt there, its fine

if the rear bench is there you need the seatbelts to pass the m.o.t, if just the back-rest is there you dont need to worry, dont know if this is of any interest but hey, its 11:15 and feelin like sharin this with everyone
