Jay,
Mantzel are still making theirs, and a guy on Migweb sells a copy for around £200 I think.
The mantzel is £520 delivered and takes around 1 week.
Phone: 0049 0208 / 85059-0
If you speak to a guy called Reuter, he speaks English.

personally i think the dbilas is a better design. ( i have fitted quite a few mantzels, dbilas, velos etc...) after all, the dbilas was designed by mantzel. i had a mantzel and after fitting a dbilas i realised how much better they were.
all give the same sort of gains tho.

35BHP is a little bit optimistic.
When i spoke to Mantzel, they said 18BHP on an X16XE.
Not too sure what it added. I would recommend putting a tubular exhaust manifold on to get the best of it.

both the mantzel and dbilas will give the same gains, although dbilas is a better overall design.
with your mods expect between 120 and 128 depending on the condition of the engine etc...

bottom one comes with a new lower half of the inlet from an x16xe as the boxes themselfes wont fit onto the c16xe lower half of the inlet.
