i have bought the engine and an f13 box with a diesel fly wheel and clutch

An F13 gearbox wont fit onto a 2.0 block.

I suggest you search and perhaps read the engine conversion FAQ.

f13 box is fitted to the box with the deisel cluthch and fly wheel, have had the engine running on a frame and box is working fine. box says f13 by the linkage
