Are orgainisations protected against unlawful attacks by hackers and fraudsters (sp) and computer misuse??

Are there any 'Acts' that have been written that may help protect organisations if it were to happen to them such as insurance policies

Any help appreciated

Computer Misuse Act 1990 (it's what hackers are generally charged under).

Insurance I'm sure you could find someone who covers against malicious damage from hackers. Have a Google... (or speak to your current insurers)
