it is an arden blue, but arden blue 2. its my mates car, just sittin there waitin for delivery date. every extra possible apart from sat-nav

Is the colour actually different or it is just made out of even less lead and more water to be Euro-friendly?

it looks different when inside the workshop but when outside it looks exactly the same. however we have had an alarming number of VXR owners with AB2 complain about the paint finish, and to be honest it is rather poor.

All the modern stuff is, might be more environmentally friendly but it doesn't go on as well.

u may notice from the pic, that the bumper is a slight bit darker than rest of car. Vauxhall say it purely to do with plastic painting, but a local paint specialist says its because of application method tends to be different on plastic but can be achieved properly??

i dunno i fix em not paint em-this one has a misfire already. DIS pack

Tis a mint colour! miles better than the old Arden, shines like fook, but didnt realise the colours vary slightly, ahh well, looks good from a mile off!

You can tell, and it's a problem Ford had/are having with the new Focus, so it's not just Vauxhall that can't paint.

new paint is naff.we have to mop almost every bmw demo at work after just 6 months.scratches and goes swirly so easy
