Brace yourselves - i'm on my soap box and there's a rant a-comin'
(apolgies in advance)
Breaking that would be absolutely criminal.
Breaking is for cars that are beyond economical repair due to corrosion, or impact, water or fire damage, but that have salvageable parts with an inherent value.
That is a prefectly good car.
That could be used as a daily driver for 10+ years easily.
I'd put it in the classified section in the back of EVO if it is truely mint.
Rant over.
(sorry)

It's one thing breaking an early Turbo with a blown TX box and rusty whel arches but breaking a perfectly good car for a small extra profit and a hell of a lot of work is just silly. Besides, making £3000 is very much theoretical and relies on the breaker to sell almost every item at the asking price. Also, with so many being broken these days the price for parts has plumeted. You also need somewhere to store it while you gradually reduces this fine car into an empty carcass. Then he'll be left with an empty but perfectly decent shell that nodoby wants and will end up being crushed...!!!!!!!
All for the sake of a few extra quid...which you might not even get?

..and an 8 valve FWD variant too if poss please.
Preferably a pink one with filthy, worn out cloth seats, failed electrics, lots of dents and scratches, and water ingress too.
