what do you need for the speedo to be accurate if you change 130mph to the 140mph clocks? running let with f20box.

will it just be a straight swap?
seen all on other threads just bought off ebay so wonted to find out real quick but thanks for looking anyway

mines the later B model and its electric. i had 0 - 130, then changed them to sport clocks with 0 - 140 and its perfect.

but with an older version, i.e. cable driven, they will be out at about 60mph on-wounds

i'm not sure, you'll have to take your clocks out and have a look. 96, i'd assume its cable driven. late as in 99-00 maybe 97-98 i'm not sure

If you do have a cable driven speedo i'd try sourcing a corsa gsi one. just from the age of car i think that should be cable

not often but gets off the clock so just for track days etc. bought a set from ebay so will have a look and post up any problems. am i right in sayin cable driven taken from the box and elec from abs?

got them today but the speedo is cable driven, pritty sure mine isnt. is it easy enough to change to cable or am i able to buy 140mph gsi clocks that arnt cable?
