As you should see this is my corsa c20let,,now when i put the intercooler on there wasnt enough air getting to it so i cut abit out of my bumper as my bumper wasnt in the best condition,i have ordered a new gsi front bumper and should have that in the next few days, but next month my cars going in to get finnished and sprayed so i need ideas of what to do about getting air to my intercooler,i dont really like the idea of having to cut a hole in my new bumper, and i dont think its looks rite, anyway please let me know you opinions, good and bad. jon

how about changing the shape of your intercooler?
Can you get one thats short but wide so it will fit (or nearly tho it probaly bigger) it will fit the lower grille on the GSi bumper, not the radiator grille but the bumper one? If so you could cut out the centre section on the bumper grille and mesh it with the cooler behind it. Might look okay, might not what do ppl think? As i have seen a few corsa GSi bumper in the garage with the slat cut out and meshed have a look.

A few of the guys running let's on novaload have chopped and re-boxed their front cross members to get the i/c sitting further down and back, but they do still cut the bumper a bit.
