 remind me never to get a phone with a joystick ever again! found the guide, just a general rant, this is the 3rd time its stopped working. If i find my proof of purchase its going back.
Where do i stand? its probably just wear and tear but it still shouldn't happen.

How is it broken? On mine sometimes it works fine, and sometimes it wont let me press downwards. Its a crap design, I think its a brilliant phone but whats wrong with simple buttons.

Mines the same, always the down that goes. I just blow into the gap around the joystick and it works again for another few months? lol

Same here but I go one better and give it a quick blow with the airline at work. Fixes the problem for a couple of days

Ive had this problem with my k700i and now my k750i. Its currently back with the supplier 'Intercity Mobile', they fix it for free.

seems to be working again now. the joystick has been the only let down on this phone. tried to remove front the otherday, just wasn't happening!

I had 4 of these within a year! Everytime the joystick went Vodafone replaced it with another the next day.
It's time for upgrade so I'm going back to Nokia!

my 700i has same, and my mates 700i and another mates 750i, so its a common fault.

mine is on the blink to, im waiting for it to completly die before i replace the joystick as its not the easiest thing to swap.

if i had another phone to use mine would be in the bin by now. I love the phone but the joystick pisses me off
