how easy a job would the disk be to fit?

Remove hubs, bolt on discs and calipers, connect new brake lines, bleed brakes.

Probably only take a half day to do as I am sure that the rear beam is the same throughout the range. If not then you would have to fit the beam that comes with. I'm not too sure how long that would take.
