The PAris pitch is huge too, will suit Barca more than Arsenal. Still hoping the Gooners win it.

Take away Ronaldinhio from Barca and they are a very average team. Eto is'nt that good, any forward playing with the goofy fcuk behind him in midfield is going to get goals.

Eto, Deco, Guily, etc. etc. they have a solid team without Ronaldinho

If Spurs lose out on a Champions League place due to Arsenal winning the Cup then thats a disgrace. If the Gooners aren't good enough in their own country they should have to suffer. Or let them both in, which would be best.

Same thing as last year isnt it. The winners should defend it, and the teams that finish in the champions league places that they have been playing to get in all season should be in it too.

after last year the teams know the rules, its slightly unfair but everyone starts with no points and it could happen to any team.

but the problem was always that there would be an extra team in the mix the season after.

Personally i would have made the rule that arsenal for example, would have to qualify, like liverpool did last year, and introduce a bye for a lucky team somewhere in qualifying to even it up/

its a fucking stupid rule though, UEFA have acted like knobs for the last few years and hope G14 follow through with their plan to start a new cup and fuck off the Champions League!

dunno i cant really see any other way around it to be honest. If it were me the champions league wouldnt have third and fourth placed teams there anyway, tv is dictating football 100% these days.

I dont have a problem with 3rd or 4th placed teams in the comp from Italy, Spain or England as they are all really strong leagues (shown by Liverpool winning it from 5th, and Arsenal also in 5th and in the final).

I just think some of UEFA's rules lately have been a joke. Even more so if spurs dont get a place if Arsenal win it.

Take away Henry and Arsenal struggle........

Barca have a very solid team. Deco, iniesta, edmilson, eto, giuly, Xavi, messi, i think they would ahve enough to do a fine job

Look at it this way, Thierry Henry gets an early training session with his new team buddies next season, always take the good points from a situation.

Exactly my thoughts and is why i want Barca to win.

Arsene Wenger is also a moaning tart
