do you just want to burn it to a cd-r (which is possible provided it is not over 700-712MB)

or you can convert it to play on any dvd player which plays copies...then you will have to convert it to vcd format and burn it to a disc in which case you could go well above 900MB on a 700MB but the file shouldn't exceed 80mins

Hope this helps

Nero will create a miniDVD if the file is less than the size of a CD-R

Use nero vision to create a DVD, for a DV-R

ps2 need to be chipped but can't guarantee...now does your dvd player play VCD?

you will need TMPGEnc Plus and Nero to burn the file...quite a lengthy process depending on file size and pc specs

Or you can burn it directly as a VCD in Nero Express/Burning Rom (again long process which I dont use cause it's 50/50 both in success and quality)

Nero vision express burns dvd's aswell abdus.
Depending on file it has a very slight stutter every 2 seconds though.
Easy and quick way to do it if it works right enough.

Yip nero annoys me with the stuttering so I don't use it often.
I can't be annoyed spending time doing it any other way so I just don't bother
CCE is the best encoder.
I've tried most programs but nothing beats doing it properly with tmpg or. cce

only if the framerate of your videos does not match the current burning session, ie trying to burn ntsc film 23.976fps or ntsc 29fps as PAL 25fps or vice versa.

i always use vdub mod and ac3 machine to convert my ntsc based videos to 25fps pal

I do that occasionally but I can't be annoyed.
I just watch them via the pc to solve the problem.
