just wondering if theres anyone in the Cheltenham, or gloucestershire area that can help me fit my neon lights. as i need to get under the car!

I got 4x neon lights bulbs with wires on end, i got them cheap off ebay, only instructions was on the side of pack, mean i get idea how to do it, but i wouldnt attempt to do it myself.
