anybody any experience with GRP tailgate?

IE. fitted one or looked into them can you still use the rear glass or do you need poly carb rear screen.

And does the std latch and shoot fit on them or would i need bonnet pin style things

same applies with bonnet really can you get away wityh using the std latch if not can you buy locakable pins??

i have one

need bonnet pins and some whay of hinging it aswell

bonnet has captive nuts for the hinges, but needs bonnet pins as well

You can get locking pins but what the point if any one want to get in they can just pull it open.

I hacked of the old boot hinges ony touble is drilling your old hinges in the right place to get it all lined up properly

right think iv got the fixing sorted now what about the glass can you put the std rear screen into the GRP boot or will i need to get poly carb rear screen

not bought it yet just doing the reaserach there £150 from eurorallye
