Yes , they have recently all been painted Satin Black.
Im glad that you asked , and that dna said no because I want to keep them looking standard but clean and fresh

and how did you get them painted? directly? or sanded first, then primered and then painted?

Painted satin black so why do you use bumper care on them

No they are not laquered , otherwise they would be too glossy 
I still use bumper car etc on my scuttle , handles etc but the same applies to bumpers/arches

Sand sand sand 
Filler primer
Paint
They are all now slightly smoother , which was what I wanted to match the texture of the GSi bumper
