now indicators are flashing like something possessed - really fast flashing when you turn them on; but there's no bulb out
all of the lights work, nothing appears to be wrong wiring wise - oh and hazard lights flash at normal speed
whats wrong?

What indicators have you used on the front end have you used the indicators which come with the morrettes as part of the kit
the bulbs are the wrong wattage or ampage cant remember which it is [watts or amps]
basicly the current being drawn thru the curcuit is not enough and it thinks a bulb has blown so they flash rapidly to let you know a bulb is out

have you used side repeaters as indicators as this will give this affect?

not side repeaters - theyre built into the inside quads;
I'm assuming bulbs; I'll get some more
everything is working - they're just flashing too fast!
Are the hazard lights run via a seperate circuit then? as they are flashing at normal speed

These sound like the morrettes i sold to beardy
anyway - morrettes dont come std with the indicators in the lamps these have been modified the outer lamps should have the headlamp bulb and the sidelight bulb the inner lamps should just have the halogen fullbeam bulb if your indicators are in the lamps then you will be using 5 amp or 5 watt bulbs
this is not enough draw on the curcuit your original indicator bulbs from your std headlights were 20 amp / 20 watt
you have a couple of options
1. wire in the original indicator bulb an leave it loose in engine bay aswell as the smaller bulb in the morrette
2. wire in additional indicators and put them on your front bumper
3. buy the proper indicators which are supplied with the morrette kit - indicators are actually off old golfs
remember you need to draw atleast 20 amp/watt on each side at the front
