i deleted my CV by accident and have emptied the recycle bin is three anyway i can retreive the info?

get yourself a copy of Get Data Back (can be had for free if you know where to look) for your filetype - either NTFS or FAT and then let it run and you should be able to retrieve it if it hasnt been written over
