Newcastle or Tottenham, if he goes Newcastle he can team up with Dyer and Bramble and his career will take a step back, at Tottenham I think he would get better under Jol and the fact that they already have a quite large English contigent of players already.

How on earth is Newcastle a step back? Granted we're not in as good a position as Spurs but it's certainly a step up from either Ipswich or Charlton

We are currently a far better club than either of the ones I mention, I really fail to see how you can not agree with this.

Aren't Newcastle £90 million in debt?

I wouldn't say Newcastle were a step up, when was the last time you actually won anything

Agent Dowie will relegate Charlton if he sells Bent, JFH will not get the goals to fire Charlton to where they want to be, which is european places.

I think at Charlton he will do well again, he is the one they try and get the ball to, if he was to move elsewhere to a bigger club I think he may struggle, as he's not got the natural talents of Wayne Rooney for example, Rooney will play well with any team, Bent has been manufactured into the goal machine he is, he needs to stay there IMO.

He does create a lot of goals as well, in his last season at Ipswich he had the most assists in the team, ahead of the entire midfield. Him and Kuqi together are ace, Charlton should have signed Kuqi and paired them two together again.

Agent Dowie

We called Danny Wilson 'Agent Wilson' when he was at the MK Dons. Got them relegated too

Bent will not benifit from going to Newcastle at all.

Maybe Spurs but im not conveined.

I think if Reyes decided to leave Arsenal he would be a good replacement there.....

I meant Bent would be a good replacement for Reyes if he left Arsenal.

I think Bent would suit Arsenal's style of play.

Sorry mate misunderstood your post, think you're right he could be a good replacement, would be interesting to see how well he'd do with that sort of quality in support

No its ok i think i worded it badly

I just think Bent could be a hit with the Gunners with Henry in support as well would be good to see.

Lets face it what has Reyes actually done?
May as well cash him in - i dont think he is happy there anyhow.
