Missed Southend lastnight because of two problems, the first the battery died causing the car to cut out at every junction, got a new one today.

Then what I thought was a wear bearing or worn CV joint turned out to be a clip on the CV gaitor rubbing on the gearbox

Anyway, its all good and oh my oh my oh my she is minty fresh now.

Opinions?

What a pic by me, so proud

Its a bit of a mess in the bay again due to having to swap the engines after it had been sprayed, I have the car in my garage now with plenty of space so over the next week will set to work on it

not at all!

Went to look at a nova the other day, was meant to be very clean. Had a lot of dents in and couple of spots where bubbling was starting.

Why would I be taking the piss? its looks very clean to the eye and there must be a minter out there some where?

I'm offended, thats brand new

Yes it is mint, it has no dents, not one. This car has covered 1800 miles in 3 years, it does not go out in the rain, does not sit in a car park and was always covered (now garaged) I just repainted all the arches and suspension components yesterday in sizzling heat, took me 5 hours but its worth it because it finnishes it off to a higher standard.
