Right little unsure what to do here.
The other half has a Corsa GSi, unfortinatly it decided to drop a valve and destroy the bottom end with it.
Those of you that have been following progress will note just before PVS we returned the car totally back to standard. It got a great reaction which she was really happy with after we have spent money on paint.
Choice is really i replace the c16xe and keep it totally original (i fancy this option)
But it seems silly to not think about more power.
Dont fancy an XE really for that kind of money i may as well invest a little more and drop a LET in.
Choices are really
c16xe totally standard
c16xe tinkered with (perhaps turbo or charger)
c20let.
Im really in two minds.
The car wont be "bulit" for a while but im keen to have some direction - little unsure what to do!

If you put an LET in then that would mean you would have to change things like the suspension so it wouldn't look like an original GSi anymore.

If you get a let you'd have to change the whole appearance of the car. They look so good standard, put the c16 back in there with an aftermarket inlet or something.

let it, put it on coilovers and set it at standard ride height, keep standard wheels and fit some willwood 4pots, get an exhaust made up for it with lots of massive silencers in it and a standard looking tail pipe on it. then put an air box on it, no pump valve, make it sound nice and quiet. bobs your uncle, fanny's your aunt..............
