ok i serviced the little corsa around 2-3 k miles ago and whilst my car was in haveing the exhaust changed , a mate who works there said it was misifiring badly, he put new spark plugs in as they were covered in black crap.... and it didnt help it a bit, its now loud as fuck again..... even as loud as when my previous 1.4 had a fucked water pump..... the ht leads still look like new but the spark plugs already have black shit on them.... do i need some decent HT leads and some decent spark plugs ???

have you put genuine vauxhall sparke plugs in coz weve noticed at work the vauxhalls across the range dont like any other sparke plug

the garage have replaced the spark plugs i had in, so not sure which ones are in now.
langey dunno bout leads... they arent corroded n tht like the ones before i serviced it were. but then again i dont know the condition inside of them
should i just service it?

Just because the leads aren't corroded it doesn't rule them out, if there is a slight crack in the lead it can arc out and cause a misfire, trouble is that arcing out is very difficult to see unless you are surrounded by darkness.
I'd try changing leads first as it's fairly cheap and is the next logical step to take.
