Reet had my Corsa GSi (ecotec) cutting out when you press the accelerator and won't start again for 5 mins or so, been told to do oil change, filter, etc and it was ok for a bit now its kicked off again, any ideas? Or is it C20XEV time? BTW its done 99k

Probably a simple solution like a earth strap is crappy, happens quite a lot on Nova's.
Might be worth inspecting yours?
Failing that does the ECU light show there are any faults?

oil and filter change wont solve it. its likely to be electrical rather than mechanical, how does it cut out? does it just stop or splutter to a halt? at junctions? or whilst driving?

ECU light isnt on or anything, it can cut out when driving, like after changing gear and pressing the accelerator again. You can feel it dying but pressing the accelerator makes it worse. If that made any sense

Fuel problem maybe? Know when the fuel filter was last changed?
